Identified - We've identified an issue where some Just Eat transactions made after June this year may be missing a receipt due to a mismatched BIN.

We're working with Monzo and Just Eat to resolve this and will share an update once we know more.

Monitoring - We have implemented a workaround, all future receipts should match and we have backfilled all the previous receipts.

Identified - We've identified an issue that's causing some KFC receipts to fail to generate for Starling customers.

We're currently working with Starling to get this sorted and hope to have a fix in place soon.

Resolved - Everything is working as expected and there have been no more missed receipts.

Monitoring - All existing receipts have been re-processed. We are monitoring the situation to ensure there are not more receipts.

Identified - We identified around 5,000 individual receipts from 1 September - 3 September that haven't yet been delivered. We've identified the problem and are manually re-processing the receipts now.

All affected customers should receive their receipts within the next 24 hours.
